Luca Nichetto

The background of Luca Nichettos is as exciting as his design for the chair Robo. He was born in 1976 on the island Murano just north of Venice, a place known around the world for its distinctive glass designs. Luca Nichettos interest in design led him to studies at the IUAV in Venice, after which his first project was in Murano glass for Salviati. Nichetto has operated in his own studio in Venice since 2006 and his clients include OFFECCT, Foscarini, Moroso and Casamania.
